Parkour is a discipline that involves overcoming obstacles as efficiently as possible through jumps, vaults, climbing, and creative movements. It helps develop strength, coordination, and confidence.
Kinetrix is a unique discipline that combines climbing, jumping, and agility through an obstacle course. It includes trapeze bars, ropes, rings, walls, and other elements designed to spark creativity, improve balance, and boost mental agility—all within a playful and challenging environment.
Our Minis classes start at age 4, giving the youngest kids a fun way to build coordination, balance, and confidence.
For kids 6 and up, we offer Parkour and Kinetrix, with programs designed to help them learn new skills and take on challenges suited to their age and level.
No previous experience is needed. At Paradox Parkour, everyone starts at their own level, learning the fundamentals of movement step by step. Our coaches teach techniques progressively and safely, adapting exercises to each person’s age, fitness, and confidence. What matters isn’t where you start—it’s your willingness to learn and move.
No, Parkour isn’t dangerous when practiced in a safe environment with proper supervision. At Paradox Parkour, we teach progressively, adapting each challenge to the participant’s age and skill level. Our goal is for everyone to learn to move with control, confidence, and safety.
At Paradox Parkour, every student’s safety is our top priority. Our entire team is certified in first aid and trained to respond to any situation. If a minor injury occurs, a coach will accompany the child to the reception, where Linda applies ice, arnica, or other natural remedies as needed. For more serious injuries, like a sprain, we contact parents immediately.
We also understand that fear is part of learning. That’s why we always support kids with patience and respect, adapting challenges to what each student feels ready to try. Our goal is for every student to grow in confidence and safety while enjoying movement and activity.
